Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Giordano online shopping is available across Saudi Arabia.
- All shipments are delivered through our trusted shipping partner – Aramex.
- Shipping is free for all orders above SAR 199. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee of SAR 20 per shipment.
- If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed or approved, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund (if paid by credit or debit card). However, once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Should you still wish to cancel after shipment, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
- Shipments within Saudi Arabia typically take 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
- Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been processed. This email will include a tracking code to monitor shipment status.
- Our shipping partner will contact you directly to arrange delivery at your convenience.
- Delivery service is available within major city limits. Orders outside service areas will be delivered to the nearest shipping office, based on delivery schedules and terms. Additional charges may apply.
