Exchange & Refund Policy
- At Giordano, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund. The amount will be credited back to the same card account used for your purchase within 10 working days.
- You can return or exchange any unused item at any GIORDANO retail store in Saudi Arabia within 14 days of purchase, at the original selling price. Please ensure the item is accompanied by the original receipt and merchandise tag.
- If item(s) are returned, the applicable amount will be refunded to the same card account used for the original payment within 14 working days. Please note, if the total order value after return falls below SAR 199, the order will no longer qualify for free delivery, and a shipping fee of SAR 20 will apply.
- For hygiene reasons, all sales of underwear and inner garments are final. Returns or exchanges for these items are not permitted.
Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items
In the event that any purchased product becomes out of stock or unavailable for any reason after the order has been placed, the customer shall have the right to choose one of the following options:
1. Replacement: Exchange the unavailable item with an alternative product of a similar value and price, subject to availability.
2. Full Refund: Receive a full refund for the unavailable item(s) through the original payment method.
The customer will be contacted and informed of the available options before any replacement or refund is processed.
